Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across the Nordic region. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract and secure top tech talent, providing market insight and recruitment expertise to guide decisions.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from business requirements to offer and onboarding coordination, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience while supporting EOS’s growth

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in IT/tech or technology-enabled environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and recruitment projects concurrently.
• Experience sourcing, assessing candidates, managing interviews, offers and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles across the Nordic region.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Provide market insights and recruitment best practices to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and data privacy across Nordic countries.
