Qualifications

• Proficient in C++ with strong understanding of engine architecture.
• Experience optimizing console/PC performance and memory.
• Familiarity with multithreaded systems and profiling tools.
• At least one shipped title using Unreal Engine across PC/console.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement core engine systems with focus on performance and memory efficiency.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices.
• Maintain and evolve UE4/UE5 branches balancing new features with stability.
• Collaborate with Technical Directors and producers to evaluate feasibility and drive features.
