Qualifications

• Significant professional experience with C++ and Unreal Engine across engine and tools development.
• Ability to reason about system interactions across a full tech stack and optimize workflows.
• Willingness to learn, explore unfamiliar domains, and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Drive Unreal Engine and UEFN development to shape the technology platform.
• Write clean, maintainable code in C++, Verse, and Python for engine and tooling tasks.
• Lead improvements to core systems underpinning Unreal Engine and UEFN at Disney.
• Build and evolve internal tools, pipelines, and source-control infrastructure.
• Leverage AI coding tools to push the boundaries of developer workflows.
