Job summary

Seco in Sweden is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions. You will own the analytics landscape from data ingestion to reporting, delivering Databricks pipelines, star-schema models and compelling Power BI dashboards.

You will work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure data quality, security and performance while promoting reuse and standardization.

Qualifications

• End-to-end analytics solution delivery across data, modelling and reporting.
• Proven experience with Databricks and Power BI.
• Expertise in Kimball-based star schemas, DAX and report development.
• Hands-on data pipelines with Python, notebooks and SQL.
• Strong understanding of Medallion architecture and scalable data design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Experience with Tabular Editor 3, including advanced measure design.

Comfortable working independently, you take solutions from initial requirements through implementation and reporting.Your background includesProven experience with Databricks and Power BI.Strong expertise in data modelling, Kimball-based star schemas, DAX and report development.Hands-on experience developing data pipelines with Python, notebooks and SQL.A solid understanding of Medallion architecture and scalable data design.Experience translating business requirements into technical implementations.Experience with Tabular Editor 3, including advanced measure design, calculation groups and modelFamiliarity with the Scrum framework is an advantage.Analytical and structured, you approach challenges with curiosity and sound judgement.
