Job summary

Seco Tools LLC is seeking a Solution Architect to design and guide technology solutions within a dedicated business domain. You’ll translate business requirements into practical designs, bridging stakeholders and IT while aligning with enterprise standards and roadmaps.

You will work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), define architecture visions, and guide development teams to ensure security, data governance, and architectural integrity across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
• Understanding of architecture domains: integration, data, network, security.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into solution designs.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps ways of working.
• Experience with domain-driven design, enterprise architecture frameworks or domain-specific platforms is a plus.

You report to the Director CIO Office.Job responsibilitiesBuild a strong understanding of your assigned business domain and translating business requirements into scalable, reusable technology solutions.Define architecture visions, roadmaps, and high-level solution designs that support both current and future business needs.Evaluate applications, technologies, and solution alternatives to ensure the best fit for business requirements.Provide architectural guidance to development teams and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.Create and maintain architectural documentation, including blueprints, integration plans, and technology roadmaps.Support delivery teams, ensuring compliance with security, data, and governance requirements while managing risks and technical debt.LocationThe primary location for this position is Fagersta. However, candidates based in other locations across Sweden may also be considered.Your profileYou bring a combination of business understanding, architectural expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills. With experience from complex technology environments, you enjoy translating business challenges into practical and sustainable solutions while collaborating across organizational boundaries.Your background includes:Experience working with architectural frameworks, such as TOGAF.Knowledge of cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.Understanding of architecture domains such as integration, data, network, and security.Experience translating complex business requirements into solution designs and architectural blueprints.Familiarity with Agile and DevOps ways of working.Experience with domain-driven design, product-centric organizations, enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud certifications, or domain-specific platforms such as ERP, CRM, or data platforms is considered an advantage.Success in this position comes from combining strong analytical thinking with collaboration and communication.
