Job summary

Seco Tools Aktiebolag in Fagersta, Sweden seeks a Senior Data Analyst to translate business needs into scalable analytics, owning the full analytics landscape from data ingestion to reporting. The role demands hands-on Databricks, Power BI development and strong data modelling skills.

You will design end-to-end data pipelines, build semantic models, and deliver dashboards with actionable insights while ensuring data quality and governance. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Databricks and Power BI.
• Strong expertise in data modelling, Kimball-based star schemas, DAX and report development.
• Hands-on experience developing data pipelines with Python, notebooks and SQL.
• A solid understanding of Medallion architecture and scalable data design.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical implementations.
• Experience with Tabular Editor 3, including advanced measure design, calculation groups and model.

Job responsibilities

You’ve delivered end-to-end analytics solutions and combine strong technical expertise with a clear understanding of business needs. Comfortable working independently, you take solutions from initial requirements through implementation and reporting.
