Job summary

Seco is seeking a strategic, commercially driven leader to shape our services and solutions portfolio. You will translate customer needs into scalable offerings, govern the portfolio, and drive global profitability and growth.

You will develop business models including Solva, reconditioning, Tool as a Service, and training, while building a high-performing international team and partnerships to scale the business globally.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in offer and portfolio management.
• Strong commercial and business development expertise.
• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel.

• Set and execute the strategy and plan for the services and solutions portfolio.
• Develop the portfolio and its business models, including Solva, reconditioning, Tool as a Service and technical training.
