Navartis Ltd represents a leading international engineering contractor delivering a hyperscale data centre development in Sweden. They seek an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing team with a 5+ year pipeline of work in Sweden.

You will own the commercial function from delivery to final account, manage forecasting and reporting, and lead negotiations with clients and subcontractors. Relocation and relocation-support packages are included, and the role operates on a 3 weeks on / 1

Formación

• Experience as Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial management and risk.
• Willingness to relocate to Sweden and operate in a site-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the commercial management of the project from delivery through to final account.
• Manage project financial performance, forecasting, profitability and cash flow.
• Lead commercial reporting and provide accurate financial information to senior project leadership.
• Manage and interpret contracts, identifying commercial risks, liabilities and opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage variations, claims, change control and commercial disputes.
• Oversee subcontractor commercial management and ensure contractual obligations are maintained.
• Monitor project costs, revenues and margins against budgets and forecasts.
• Provide commercial guidance and contractual support to the wider project team.
• Work closely with project managers, engineering, planning and finance teams.
• Support the preparation and negotiation of final accounts.
• Identify opportunities to maximise project value and minimise commercial exposure.
• Contribute to commercial strategy, best practice and continuous improvement.
• Support and develop members of the wider commercial team.
