Crossley Scott Limited is seeking a commercially driven leader to own the commercial function on a flagship data centre project in Sweden. The role requires steering project profitability, cash flow and governance on a large-scale, complex build with senior stakeholders.

You will lead a high-performing commercial team from pre-construction through final account, negotiating with clients and subcontractors while mitigating risk to maximise value.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in a Commercial Manager or senior commercial leadership role.
• Strong background in construction, MEP, engineering or data centre projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong contractual, financial and commercial risk management expertise.
• Experience leading and developing commercial teams.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sweden.

• Leading the overall commercial strategy and project financial performance.
• Managing profitability, cash flow, forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Overseeing contract management, risk mitigation, variations and claims.
• Leading client and subcontractor negotiations.
