Job summary

Leap29 is recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to support a contractor delivering a major data centre project in Borlänge, Sweden.

The role covers project costs, payment applications, variations and subcontract management. You will work closely with the project delivery team to keep forecasts accurate, track changes and manage commercial issues throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager on major construction projects.
• Strong background in cost control, valuations, variations and subcontract management.
• Confidence reviewing commercial documentation and identifying gaps or discrepancies.
• Practical approach to resolving commercial issues alongside site delivery teams.

I’m recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to support a contractor delivering a major data centre project in Borlänge, Sweden.

This is a hands‑on commercial role covering project costs, payment applications, variations and subcontract management. You’ll work closely with the project delivery team to keep forecasts accurate, track changes and manage commercial issues throughout delivery.

• Work with project managers, procurement teams and subcontractors to resolve commercial queries.

What we’re looking for
