Job summary

Crossley Scott Limited is seeking a commercially driven leader to own the commercial function on a flagship data centre project in Sweden. The role requires steering project profitability, cash flow and governance on a large-scale, complex build with senior stakeholders.

You will lead a high-performing commercial team from pre-construction through final account, negotiating with clients and subcontractors while mitigating risk to maximise value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a Commercial Manager or senior commercial leadership role.
• Strong background in construction, MEP, engineering or data centre projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong contractual, financial and commercial risk management expertise.
• Experience leading and developing commercial teams.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sweden.

Are you a commercially driven leader ready to take ownership of a flagship data centre project in Sweden?

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on a major data centre project with one of Europe's leading engineering contractors.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in project delivery, drive commercial performance, manage contractual risk and lead a high-performing commercial team on a technically complex, large-scale project.

You'll take ownership of the commercial function from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with senior leadership, project delivery teams and key client stakeholders to maximise value, protect commercial interests and drive project success.
