Kintec Global Recruitment in Sweden seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial and contractual management for major engineering and construction projects across Sweden and Europe. You will work closely with project directors and procurement teams to protect the company’s position while delivering safe, timely and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Commercial Manager or senior commercial professional in construction/engineering.
• Proven track record delivering commercial leadership on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, forecasting and value reconciliation.
• Experience with contract administration, variations, claims and final accounts.

Responsabilités

• Provide commercial leadership across major projects from award to final account.
• Review terms, identify risks and ensure obligations are understood by teams.
• Establish budgets, cost controls, reporting and cash-flow forecasts.
• Lead change control, variation registers and contractual notices.
• Prepare submissions, manage subcontractor relations and procurement support.
• Monitor invoicing, cash flow and project profitability.
• Lead commercial meetings and provide input to project reviews.
