Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced procurement leader to manage on-site construction procurement in Sweden. You will drive strategy, oversee RFx processes, and coordinate with Legal and Contract Management to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

Responsibilities include supplier pre-qualification, bid package reviews, and award recommendations, while maintaining supplier lists and developing procedures for efficient procurement across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading commercial and technical responsibilities in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of terms and conditions and contract writing.
• Excellent networking and stakeholder relation skills.
• Leadership, negotiation, and communication strengths.
• Time management across cross-functional teams with quality output.
• Experience with RFx, tender evaluation, and bid analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy development and execution for assigned areas.
• Pre-qualify suppliers by assessing financial credibility and past experience.
• Manage RFx processes, evaluate quotations, and recommend awards.
• Review bid packages and present award recommendations.
• Develop and update procurement procedures and operating instructions.
• Manage contracting process and coordinate with Legal and Contract Management.
• Partner with project managers to meet deadlines and coordinate handover.
• Maintain the Project Approved Suppliers List and supplier relationships.
• Prepare materials to support decision-making and management alignment.
