Job summary

Planet is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to accelerate revenue growth across mobility, transportation tech and unattended payments markets.

You will identify and secure new opportunities across parking, tolling, public transit, EV charging and smart mobility, managing the full sales cycle and partnerships to enable seamless digital payment experiences across apps, web and physical environments.

Qualifications

• Five years or more experience in business development, sales or partnerships within payments, fintech, mobility or transportation tech.
• Proven track record of generating new business and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle and negotiating commercial agreements with enterprise customers.
• Strong consultative sales, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across mobility and unattended payment markets.
• Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities within parking, tolling, transit, EV charging and smart mobility.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal development and contract execution.
• Develop executive-level relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with account management, product and implementation teams for onboarding and growth.
