Job summary

Instabee is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager | Locker Network to lead strategic commercial expansion for its fast-growing parcel locker network. You will shape expansion, build high-value B2B partnerships, and enable local market teams with frameworks and tools.

You will work with the Group Network team alongside Country Managers, drive group-level growth, and scale Ways of Working. The role demands international mindset, strong communication, and a proven track record in enterprise

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or strategic Key Account Management at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Group-Level Business Development & Key Accounts: Support markets in building long-term partnerships with major strategic accounts and develop compelling commercial propositions.
• Strategy & Target Alignment: Translate growth strategies into clear priorities and targets for local teams and drive cross-market momentum.
• Effective Ways of Working: Identify high-performing local practices and scale them with commercial toolkits and training modules.
• Local Team Enablement & Sounding Board: Advise local leadership on commercial setups, negotiate contracts, and refine sales tactics.
• Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning: Track industry trends and competitive developments to keep strategy aligned with market realities.
