NiCE Cognigy delivers AI that works—fast, human, and enterprise-ready. As a member of our presales team, you will work with the sales group on discovery calls, technical deep dives, product demonstrations and POCs to craft a compelling customer experience.

You’ll leverage a strong consulting and sales engineering background to translate complex technology into clear business value, deliver engaging presentations, and design tailored solutions across the Nordic region.

Qualificações

• Experience in roles like consultant, sales engineer, or presales.
• Background in enterprise software, esp. contact center or automation technologies.
• Fluent in English and Swedish; other Nordic languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support discovery calls and technical deep dives with sales team.
• Create and deliver powerful presentations and customized product demonstrations.
• Design and recommend solutions meeting customer needs and value propositions of NiCE Cognigy.
• Provide technical support during the sales process and answer questions.
