Job summary

Flox Robotics AB in Stockholm seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive the commercial engine from first interest to deployed Edge units in the Nordics. You will build relationships with infrastructure operators and guide them through multi-stakeholder sales cycles toward deployment.

Based in Stockholm with hybrid flexibility and travel to customer sites as needed, you will own discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closes while feeding market insights back to product and GTM strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience selling technical or infrastructure solutions.
• Consultative, problem-first sales approach with strong discovery skills.
• Experience managing long multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Build and manage a pipeline of airports, rail and road authorities, farms, and industrial sites.
• Run consultative discovery to map each operator’s wildlife risk to a Flox solution.
• Partner with the field and product teams to scope pilots and deployments.
• Represent Flox at industry events and in the field.
• Feed market insight back into product and go-to-market strategy.
