Qualifications

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
• Extensive experience within Security Engineering, Security Architecture or related domains.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, cloud security and modern security technologies.
• Experience driving security transformation, automation or modernization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and engage employees and leaders within the area.
• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Security Engineering.
• Drive security-by-design across platforms, applications and infrastructure.
• Strengthen security architecture, engineering standards and secure development practices.
• Enable modern security technologies, automation and Zero Trust capabilities.
• Support secure cloud adoption and platform modernization.
• Improve cyber resilience through scalable security capabilities and engineering practices.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors and partners.
