Job summary

Saab AB is seeking a visionary Head of Identity & Access Management to lead the IAM strategy and build the identity foundation for secure digital business. You will guide identity governance, authentication, and access control across Saab, enabling cloud adoption and Zero Trust agility.

As part of the IT Security & Compliance Operations management team, you will collaborate with business leaders and security teams, travel when needed, and drive modernization of identity platforms across Saab’s

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive leadership and talent development experience.
• Extensive experience within Identity & Access Management or related security domains.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, authentication, authorisation and access management.
• Experience implementing or evolving modern IAM platforms and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and engage employees and leaders within the area.
• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for IAM.
• Strengthen identity governance and access management capabilities.
• Support Zero Trust adoption across Saab.
• Drive automation and simplification of identity processes.
• Enable secure access across cloud and enterprise platforms.
• Improve identity lifecycle management and governance.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and partners.
