Job summary

Saab AB is seeking an experienced IT leader to take responsibility for restricted IT delivery, leading multiple teams and collaborating with business units to ensure high availability, security and continuous improvement. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on management of personnel, budget and delivery to build a modern IT function aligned with Saab's long-term needs.

The successful candidate will drive governance, optimize processes, manage budgets, and work closely with security

Qualifications

Several years of IT leadership experience (e.g., IT Operations Manager).
Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, networks and IT security.
Experience within the ITIL framework and change and incident management.
Experience in supplier management and contract negotiations.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

Lead several teams that work closely with the business to ensure high availability of IT delivery.
Take operational and strategic responsibility for personnel, budget and delivery.
Build a modern IT function to support long-term business needs.
Ensure a stable, secure and scalable IT infrastructure and delivery.
Develop and optimize governance, processes and working methods.
