Epiroc is seeking a Sales Process Specialist for Northern Europe to optimize sales and customer service processes centered on SAP S/4HANA. You will work with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and other stakeholders to improve how we operate across the region.

The role involves hands-on data work, process analysis, and user support. You will maintain master data, pricing, and process quality, monitor order flows, and train colleagues in SAP and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA sales processes including customer master data and order flows.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills for data comparison across sources.
• Experience in master data, sales operations, Customer Care, Supply Chain, logistics, or business process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Drive improvements in sales and Customer Center processes in SAP and order-to-cash.
• Maintain and improve master data, pricing, and process quality.
• Support and train colleagues in SAP and sales-related processes.
• Monitor order flows and support issue resolution across the order-to-cash process.
• Analyze data and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support new processes, system enhancements, and digital initiatives.
