GibbsCAM is seeking a Business Systems & Operations Lead to own the Salesforce roadmap and related business systems. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Controlling, Support, Product and regional teams to simplify operations, improve data quality and drive scalable processes.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, translating business challenges into practical technology-enabled solutions and fostering governance, adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and understanding of how systems work in practice.
• Delivered CRM transformations, global rollouts or optimization programs.
• Ability to connect business challenges with technology and deliver practical results.
