Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Architecture Lead to shape and govern enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions for major clients. You will ensure platforms, data, integrations, and operating models support long-term business objectives and digital transformation.

You will lead architecture design, governance, and roadmaps; collaborate with executives and delivery teams to drive complex transformations, reduce technical debt, and enforce data governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise Salesforce architecture experience.
• Strong Salesforce architecture and integration governance expertise.
• Experience defining standards and operating models.
• Able to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with large-scale transformations and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Establish architecture governance, design principles, and best practices for secure, high-quality implementations.
• Advise clients on solution architecture, data strategy, and platform optimization.
• Collaborate with executives, business leaders, and delivery teams to drive complex transformation programs.
• Guide architecture reviews and technical decision-making, including data governance.
