Job summary

Gazelle Global in Stockholm, Sweden seeks a Salesforce Sales Cloud Tech Lead who can blend hands-on development with solution design, technical leadership and integrations. You will translate business needs into robust Salesforce solutions while staying close to the platform.

You will lead technical delivery across Sales Cloud and Lightning Platform, develop LWCs, Apex, and batch jobs, and design REST/SOAP integrations. Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce, is a plus.

We're looking for a Salesforce Sales Cloud Tech Lead who can combine hands-on development with solution design, technical leadership and integrations. Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce, is also relevant to this role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll lead Salesforce Sales Cloud and Platform technical delivery, working across custom development, solution architecture, integrations, configuration, testing and deployment. The role requires someone who can translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while remaining hands‑on with the Salesforce platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead technical solution design and development across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning Platform.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs and scheduled processes.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, web services and custom APIs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and technical solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, metadata management and release activities.
• Work with Salesforce standard features, custom components, platform events, reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning Platform.
• Advanced development skills in LWC, Lightning Components, Apex, triggers, collections, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex and Dynamic Apex.
• Experience with Visualforce, wrapper classes, test classes and SOQL.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, MVC, solution design and configuration.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, web services and custom APIs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce deployment tools, including change sets, packages, Data Loader and CLI‑based deployments.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, metadata management and deployment.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.

PREFERRED / NICE-TO-HAVE

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Force.com Sites.
• Hands‑on experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Familiarity with platform events and pull‑based event mechanisms.
• Experience using Visual Studio Code, Eclipse or Force.com IDE.
