Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Architecture Lead to shape and govern enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions for major clients. You will ensure platforms, data, integrations, and operating models support long-term business objectives and digital transformation.

You will lead architecture design, governance, and roadmaps; collaborate with executives and delivery teams to drive complex transformations, reduce technical debt, and enforce data governance.

Your role

As a Salesforce Architecture Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and governing enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions for some of our largest clients. Acting as a trusted advisor to both business and technology stakeholders, you will ensure that Salesforce platforms, data, integrations, and operating models support long-term business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise IT strategies.
• Establish architecture governance, design principles, and best practices to ensure sustainable, secure, and high-quality implementations.
• Advise clients on solution architecture, integrations, data strategy, platform optimization, and long-term roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with executives, business leaders, and delivery teams to drive complex transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Guide architecture reviews, technical decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts, including technical debt reduction and data governance.

Your profile

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, governance, and platform best practices.
• Experience defining architecture standards, design principles, and operating models.
• The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within large-scale transformation programs and agile delivery environments.
