Job summary

SOTI Ireland Ltd Filial Sverige is seeking an Operations Manager, Sales Engineering to lead and develop the North West Europe Sales Engineering team from Gothenburg. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer-facing teams to enable customer engagement and partner enablement.

This role requires building processes, coaching, data-driven visibility, and travel across the theatre to support the team and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Sales Engineering or technical pre-sales teams.
• Strong ability to coach, develop and inspire high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of enterprise software, SaaS and tech sales environments.
• Experience using CRM and productivity tools to drive pipeline visibility.

Responsibilities
