Job summary

Arrive is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our Sales Enablement team in a hybrid role. You will design and deliver high-impact learning experiences to accelerate seller performance and revenue growth.

Collaborate with sales leaders, product teams, and SMEs to translate complex information into learner-centered content, applying ADDIE/SAM and adult learning principles. You will manage LMS content across multiple BUs and work from Stockholm, Paris, or London 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in sales enablement or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning content development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple business units in a hybrid role.
• Based in or able to commute to Stockholm, Paris, or London.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, scalable learning content for sales audiences across multiple BUs.
• Partner with sales leaders, product, and SMEs to analyze needs and translate complex information.
• Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to drive behavior change.
• Build and maintain curriculum in the LMS, ensuring content is current and well-organised.
• Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to align learning to plays, launches, onboarding, and skills development.
• Measure and report on learning effectiveness using data to improve content and delivery.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
