Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Senior Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our Learning & Inclusion team. You will fuse instructional design, visual design, storytelling, and learning science to craft inclusive experiences at scale for our global audience.

You'll partner with subject-matter experts, people leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop programs—from leadership development to values-driven learning—and help members grow, belong, and perform at their best.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional instructional design experience across multiple formats.
• Knowledge of learning science principles (cognitive load, retrieval practice, spaced learning, adult learning theory).
• Experience turning performance needs into measurable objectives and learning journeys.
• Ability to create engaging, interactive learning experiences beyond passive content.
• Strong visual/UX judgment with typography, layout, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of learning experiences from analysis to evaluation.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to define objectives and practical solutions.
• Design learning journeys across live, digital, blended, and self-directed formats.
• Create eLearning, facilitator guides, job aids, and micro-learning materials.
• Develop interactive digital learning experiences using AI-assisted workflows and authoring tools.
