Job summary

Nordic Knots in Stockholm seeks a senior Learning & Development Manager to own global client-facing training across CX, Sales, and stores. You’ll translate the brand’s Connect Consult Conclude Cherish framework into engaging learning experiences, traveling to flagship locations to deliver onboarding and seasonal programs.

With 5+ years in L&D within luxury brands, you’ll design materials, mentor teams, and build scalable onboarding while shaping a culture of storytelling and brand excellence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated Learning & Development leadership within luxury fashion, interior design, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Deep command of adult learning psychology and instructional design.
• Strong facilitation and workshop skills across global teams.
• Experience building and managing global training matrices and onboarding programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the global training blueprint for customer-facing teams (CX, Sales, stores).
• Serve as the global product owner for external-facing service methodologies and tone guidelines.
• Travel to flagship locations to deliver onboarding, seasonal programs, and workshops.
• Develop and launch training materials, decks, and sensory guides for new collections.
• Own onboarding programs and learning pathways for new CX and Sales hires.
• Facilitate cross-functional needs discovery with CX, Sales, Marketing, E‑Commerce, and Product teams.
• Champion internal storytelling by sharing brand successes and customer feedback.
