Job summary

Visual Art, based in Stockholm, seeks a Sales coordinator for a 15-month parental leave replacement. You will act as a central point of contact between internal teams, customers, and suppliers, supporting the Swedish sales department with administrative processes and order handling.

You will collaborate across departments, manage inquiries, and help ensure excellent client experiences from start to finish. The role reports to the Sales Director Sweden and is based at our central Stockholm office.

Qualifications

• Experience within administrative work in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel (calculations and data analysis), PowerPoint (sales presentations), Word.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact between internal teams, customers and suppliers.
• Support Swedish sales by handling administrative processes and parts of quotation and order placement.
• Assist with contract invoicing and address customer inquiries to ensure a high-quality client experience.
