Job summary

The successful candidate will have over 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, alongside strong HubSpot skills and fluency in English. A flexible hybrid work setup with numerous benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role such as RevOps, Sales Ops, or hands-on commercial operations.
• Experience working with a B2B SaaS Sales or Marketing team, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong HubSpot skills and experience with AI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual workflows and optimize the tech stack.
• Work closely with the COO and Sales Directors to enable the sales team with data-driven insights.
• Transform the CRM into a data-driven engine to drive commercial activity.
