We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to unify Marketing, Sales and Customer Success processes, ensuring smooth lead progression, onboarding and renewal across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Revenue/Sales/Marketing Operations in SaaS or EdTech
• Experience aligning Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
• Hands-on with HubSpot and/or Salesforce
• Ability to translate business needs into operational requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with dashboards and data validation
• Ability to create clear operational documentation and playbooks

Responsibilities

• Improve the customer lifecycle across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
• Lead marketing systems governance and HubSpot setup
• Coordinate reporting and revenue processes with analytics and finance
• Create SOPs and playbooks; train teams; leverage AI to improve workflows
