Job summary

Legora, based at Stockholm HQ, is seeking a GTM SMB Director, EMEA to build and scale Legora’s high-velocity SMB go-to-market motion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will hire, coach and lead a high-performing sales team, install repeatable playbooks, and deliver predictable pipeline and revenue at volume.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in high-velocity SMB or similar scale sales motions.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Experience hiring and coaching sales teams.
• Ability to design repeatable sales playbooks and cadences.
• Fluent English; European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own SMB GTM outcomes across EMEA.
• Lead and scale the sales team.
• Install inbound/outbound playbooks and cadences.
