Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Trust Partnership Manager to drive MAT engagement and sales across the UK, combining Cambridge OCR's qualifications, assessment, data and insight portfolio.

You will build senior relationships with MAT leaders, shape a MAT plan, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver growth and ensure compliant partnerships while enabling trusted education outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in education sales and partnerships with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and deliver strategic MAT engagement plans.
• Track record of commercial growth in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a MAT engagement and sales plan to acquire new MAT customers.
• Position Cambridge OCR as a strategic partner of choice for MATs.
• Build senior relationships with MAT leadership and key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, advisory, customer success, product and insight teams.
• Identify tender opportunities, represent Cambridge OCR at events and meetings.
• Maintain CRM records and report on partnership progress and outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance related to qualifications and publications.
