Kim Luxe Travel is seeking a Work From Home Travel Care Representative to support travelers before, during, and after their trips. This role focuses on providing friendly assistance, coordinating travel details, and ensuring every client feels confident and supported throughout their experience.

You will communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms, review itineraries, share accurate destination information, and follow up to ensure readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with a helpful and patient attitude
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Organized and dependable with attention to detail
• Comfortable learning and using online tools and systems
• Interest in travel and delivering positive client experiences

Responsibilities
