Kim Luxe Travel is seeking a Travel Customer Service professional to support clients before, during, and after their trips. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer care, managing travel-related requests, and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for every traveler.

You will engage with clients through email, phone, and messaging, handle bookings and changes, share destination information, and proactively check in to address concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset.
• Customer service experience (travel, tourism or hospitality a plus).
• Well-organized, reliable, able to handle multiple requests at once.
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems and tools.
• Fully remote position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities
