TechTree is seeking a Talent Strategist to own client hiring success from kickoff to signed offer. You will manage the process, run the pipeline, and ensure alignment between clients, candidates, and TechTree’s sourcing team.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, calibration with clients, and ownership of project outcomes. This is a remote-first opportunity based in Sweden with equity available.

Formación

• Experience running full-cycle recruitment processes for agency or in-house roles.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and leading calibration conversations.
• Strong pipeline management and ability to move processes without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to founders and C-level stakeholders.
• High ownership mentality with accountability for project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients as the main contact for searches.
• Own candidate pipelines for every role you run.
• Lead the hiring process end-to-end with a high quality bar at every stage.
• Lead calibration calls with clients and translate feedback into scorecards.
• Keep candidate notes and documentation accurate and client-ready.
• Drive interview scheduling, feedback loops, and stakeholder alignment to prevent stalls.
• Close out projects and deliver hires, owning the success fee on each placement.
