Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout to actively source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates for our AI‑fintech ecosystem. This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling and global reach.

You will conduct 15–20 minute screening interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate with the Regional Manager for final interviews, while adhering to privacy and recruitment policies.

Qualifications

• Charismatic and confident communication with others.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet and basic tracking sheets.
• Basic to intermediate English for reporting and team communication.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing or recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing & Outreach: sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, networks and job boards.
• Candidate Engagement: initiate professional outreach and respond to questions.
• First-Stage Screening: conduct 15–20 minute interviews to assess fit.
• Daily Interview Activity: conduct 2–3 first-stage interviews per day.
• Pipeline Management: maintain candidate records and refer to Regional Manager for final interviews.
• Compliance: follow company policies and privacy requirements in all communications.
