Rerun is seeking a Talent Partner to join our remote-first team focused on engineering and design recruitment across Europe and the US. You will own end-to-end searches, build strong pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to ensure a high hiring standard while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

We hire for technical product roles, including Rust, SDK tooling, and 3D visualization, with a flexible approach to time zones and a strong emphasis on ownership and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience recruiting in early-stage and scaling startups.
• Track record of full-cycle delivery.
• Experience recruiting for technical products.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable in startup desk environments with shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own searches end to end; sourcing, screening, process management and closing.
• Build high-quality pipelines through outbound search, referrals and communities.
• Recruit across Viewer, SDK, full-stack, CI/CD and design teams.
• Assess candidates for technical depth as well as role skills.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to offer.
• Keep processes organised, efficient and moving with autonomy.
