Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Native or near-native Swedish proficiency (reading and writing required).
• Strong professional proficiency in English (C1) to provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years of language-focused writing, editing, localization, or QA experience.
• Deep understanding of Swedish grammar, spelling and style.
• Comfort with formal/informal registers and Swedish business writing norms.
• Attention to subtleties, cultural nuances, and factual accuracy.
• Experience with AI data training/annotation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content and prompts with Swedish answers across domains.
• Evaluate AI outputs for fluency, tone, and cultural appropriateness; provide rewrites.
• Identify errors like mistranslations, bias, hallucinations, and policy risks; ensure reliability.
