Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside technical sales within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with motion control products preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in the DACH area through direct and indirect customer accounts.
• Educate OEMs and distributors on Regal Rexnord products.
• Develop and maintain a Key Account Management Plan for key accounts.
