Job summary

API Delevan, Inc. is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for its Linear Motion Division in southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with distributors to influence purchasing decisions.

Applicants should have a BA/BS in Industrial Technologies or a related field, with proven experience in outside technical sales within an industrial environment, ideally with motion control products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside technical sales experience in industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with motion control, motors, drives, or electromechanical products preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer locations within a defined territory, focusing on OEM accounts.
• Drive specifications on new designs and achieve share gain at customer accounts.
• Collaborate with distributors to pursue end-customer business effectively.
• Influence purchasing decisions across multiple organizational levels.
• Execute disciplined selling processes to attain quota and manage opportunities.
