Unit4 is seeking an Existing Business Account Manager to join our Public Sector team in Sweden. You will manage a portfolio of government, public agencies, and higher education accounts, driving retention and expansion across public sector organisations.

You will build strategic plans, engage senior stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and cloud transformation initiatives. This role emphasizes trusted advisory and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working as an Account Manager.
• Experience managing and growing existing customer relationships.
• Public Sector experience is required or preferred.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at executive level.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of existing Public Sector customers across Sweden.
• Drive customer retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer objectives and Unit4's growth strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage opportunities through closure.
• Conduct regular business reviews and executive stakeholder engagements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partners.
• Act as the voice of the customer and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline using MEDDPICC.
