WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece in a fully remote role. Working location is Greece, with a remote setup and Monday–Friday schedule.

You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, handle orders, payments, deliveries, and returns, and maintain CRM records. Requirements include Norwegian at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1, plus strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Norwegian language at C1/C2 level is required.
• English language at B2-C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong customer service mindset with good communication.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital tools is a plus.

We are looking for Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.Work Model: RemoteLanguage: Norwegian – C1/C2 levelEnglish: B2–C1, depending on the projectCompensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the projectRelocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency feeWorking Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
