Job summary

Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH seeks a regional sales professional to lead Nordics and Baltics. This remote role focuses on growing revenue, profitability, and market share across industrial customers, with a strong emphasis on customer relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.

You will own the regional sales plan, negotiate terms, and coordinate with European teams to ensure disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Some years of experience in a commercial, sales-driven B2B environment.
• Fluency in English with Swedish as a plus and Nordic language skills are beneficial.
• Strong ownership and proactive mindset to drive results.
• Ability to build trusted customer relationships and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the regional sales plan for Nordics and Baltics with revenue, growth and profitability targets.
• Manage, protect and grow existing customers while expanding Panasonic share.
• Acquire new customers and opportunities aligned with regional targets.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage risks during market shifts.
• Lead pricing, terms and contracts discussions to meet targets.
• Coordinate with Europe Sales, Product Marketing and Operations for strong customer support.
• Travel extensively across the region (up to 60%).
