Atlas Copco Group in Sweden seeks a Customer Projects Manager to lead a cross-functional Nordic team of Team Managers, Project Managers and designers. You will drive strategic project delivery, collaborate with Sales and key suppliers, and shape how we execute projects with focus on quality, cost and customer value.

You will report to the General Manager of Customer Center Nordics and participate in the Nordic Management Team, fostering growth, innovation and strong customer relationships across

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience across locations or multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong operational background in project management or related technical business.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into actions.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; another Nordic language is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop Team Managers and project teams across multiple Nordic locations.
• Set direction for the project organization and translate priorities into objectives and actions.
• Standardize and improve project management practices across hubs, including resource planning.
• Own end-to-end project process focusing on quality, cost, delivery and risk management.
• Collaborate with Sales during pre-sales to strengthen project setup and execution readiness.
• Develop differentiated total solutions with Sales, Service, customers and suppliers.
• Drive change, digitalization and data-driven decision-making to improve transparency and performance.
• Collaborate across MVI, GI, Service and other entities; contribute to Nordics management team.
