Jobgether’s partner company in Sweden is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own acquisition, retention, and reactivation for a digital storefront offering in-game currencies across Africa and the Middle East. This hands-on leadership role blends strategic budgeting with CRM and lifecycle programs to drive revenue.

• 6+ years in growth or performance marketing in digital business.
• Proven track record managing paid acquisition at scale with CAC/ROAS targets.
• Able to translate quarterly growth plans into concrete execution.
• Strong analytical skills with MMPs and performance reporting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid user acquisition across major networks, optimizing CAC and ROAS.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies for segments and campaigns.
• Manage onboarding, retention, cross-sell, win-back, and re-engagement.
• Lead app store optimisation and improve storefront conversions to first purchase.
• Collaborate with Data team to measure attribution and campaign effectiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing growth team with structured testing.
