Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead based in Sweden to own the digital experience from visitors to loyal customers. You will lead website optimization, lifecycle marketing, email communications, and brand messaging for multiple product lines in a fully remote setting.

Partner with leadership to translate insights into measurable outcomes and growth, shaping strategy and executing experiments end-to-end.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in B2B or e‑commerce marketing with ownership of website conversion, lifecycle marketing, or email campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills grounded in customer insights and market feedback.
• Experience designing and managing lifecycle or email marketing programs with measurable results.
• A/B testing experience with understanding of sample sizes and key metrics.
• End-to-end ownership from strategy to execution with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written English and clear communication for diverse audiences.
• Analytical thinker with business acumen and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Own website strategy, messaging, and conversion performance across product pages with A/B testing.
• Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys including onboarding, retention, and win-back flows.
• Develop differentiated product line positioning and consistent messaging across assets.
• Plan, write, and optimize lifecycle/emails to support acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Translate customer insights from calls and reviews into stronger messaging and experiments.
• Track metrics like conversion, repeat revenue, and CRM performance to demonstrate impact.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.
