Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Technical Project Manager (CCTV & Networking) in Sweden. You will lead CCTV and physical security deployments from design to deployment and ongoing support, combining hands-on technical expertise with strong PM skills.

Remote, autonomous role with global clients; you will coordinate with technicians, vendors and internal teams, manage timelines, budgets and risk, and ensure designs are accurately quoted and implemented to meet client

Qualifications

• Experience managing CCTV/physical security deployments end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP routing, subnets, PoE, bandwidth, and storage.
• Experience with NVR/DVR systems and CCTV integration with IP networks.
• Hands-on with PM platforms (Asana/ClickUp/Jira/Monday.com) and quoting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed CCTV layouts, camera placement, coverage maps, and configurations per client needs.
• Manage CCTV and physical security projects end to end from planning to support.
• Establish timelines, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and inform clients/stakeholders.
• Apply networking expertise to support reliable deployments (IP addressing, switches, routers, PoE, bandwidth, storage).
• Configure and troubleshoot network CCTV infrastructure (NVR/DVR).
• Prepare quotes, scopes of work, BOMs, and cost estimates using quoting tools.
• Select cameras, networking gear, recording hardware, and other components per project requirements.
• Coordinate with field technicians and vendors to resolve issues.
• Communicate updates clearly to clients and stakeholders via calls, video, and email.
• Maintain project documentation and track tasks with PM systems.
