EG MainManager in Sweden seeks a seasoned Project Manager to own projects from early customer conversations through delivery and handover in a hybrid Stockholm setup. You will work with customers in property management, act as functional solution architect, and guide toward better processes, while collaborating with technical experts to deliver the market’s leading property management solution.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex projects end-to-end.
• Experience in real estate/PropTech/ERP or similar business systems preferred.
• Able to own projects from sale to delivery and handover.
• Strong communication with customers at all levels, across functions.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from sales through handover.
• Perform needs analyses and translate into concrete system solutions.
• Help establish and improve delivery methodologies, templates and best practices for Sweden.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships during and after implementation.
